Spin: Though he didn't find paydirt, Wicks played a critical role on the Eagles' lone scoring drive late in the second quarter, leading off the possession with a 13-yard catch and run. He was otherwise held in check while the game was still competitive, with his other reception coming in the fourth quarter when the Bears had built a 20-point lead. Through his first three games with Philadelphia, Wicks has produced a 9-179-1 receiving line on 15 targets.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Wicks was traded to the Eagles after spending his first three NFL seasons in Green Bay. The 2023 fifth-round pick was limited to situational work during his Packers tenure, never finishing a season among the top 50 receivers in snaps, routes, targets, catches or yards. Wicks flashed at times (exactly one game of 24-plus points in each season), but otherwise scored 5.3 PPG. Even after the Eagles traded A.J. Brown, Wicks' path to targets may not be any easier in Philly. DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert and Saquon Barkley are all assured substantial roles, with first-round rookie Makai Lemon and Hollywood Brown also very much in the mix. Wicks, 25, will need to win the team's No. 2 receiver gig in order to have any shot at weekly flex consideration. He's barely worth late-round consideration in deep leagues.
