Chelsea booked their place in their 17th FA Cup final with a 1-0 win over Leeds United at Wembley.
The Londoners, back under the management of Callam McFarlane for the second time this season after the sacking of Liam Rosenior, were the dominant side in the first half.
But it was Brendan Aaronson who had the biggest chance of the opening 20 minutes, clear through on goal after a shocking mistake from Tosin but unable to beat Robert Sánchez who made a top save.
That seemed to wake Chelsea up, with João Pedro striking the post a few minutes later and then the big moment of the match, as Enzo Fernández scored the only goal of the game, heading home from a Pedro Neto cross.
Leeds had a couple more big chances in the second half, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin failing to divert his header away from Sanchez and Anton Stach's long range effort dealt with well by the Spaniard.
The win sees Chelsea return to Wembley for the first time since 2022 in the FA Cup final and they will face a Manchester City side who are setting a new record with their fourth consecutive final experience.
McFarlane will hope he can get one over Pep Guardiola and put an end to Chelsea's dismal recent record at Wembley, with the club losing their last six domestic finals, three of which came in the FA Cup, last winning when edging past Manchester United in the 2018 FA Cup final.
