The Wallabies have won three Tests in a row for the first time since 2024, after they powered over the top of Japan in the second Test in Townsville.
Australia trailed just before the break, before Taniela Tupou's second try saw them go into halftime at 21-17 to the good.
From there it was all the Wallabies, as their set piece and breakdown work kept Japan on the back foot, and the forwards capitalised on the field position with a series of close range tries.
The 56-17 win was the perfect response after a scratchy outing in Les Kiss' first Test in charge last week.
