Hope you enjoyed last week's three from three, it doesn't happen too often. Despite their relative ladder positions, the Eels and Dragons just seemed hungrier at the moment than the Cowboys and Tigers.
Tipping all the winners each weekend is near impossible, so we'll give you some extra help with three standout games.
Let's see if I jag three more this week.
The sure thing
Sydney Roosters vs. Wests Tigers, Allianz Stadium, Sunday August 23, 4:05pm (AEST)
This has to be the most obvious "sure thing" of the season, which of course has me a bit worried. The Roosters have won back-to-back battles against the Bulldogs and Panthers, proving to the rugby league world that they are well and truly capable of taking out the title this year. Could they go into this game a bit flat and complacent after those two epics? Possibly, but the Tigers have completely dialed it in since Jarome Luai upset the apple cart with his PNG Chiefs news, all those weeks ago.
The Roosters have improved their defence as the season has progressed, to the point where they are very hard to score against. With Sam Walker at halfback, their attack has also been humming. If anyone was left wondering whether veteran Daly Cherry-Evans was worth signing, he almost single-handedly defeated the Panthers last week. It seems that, with or without James Tedesco, the Roosters have been very impressive with the ball.
Remember, it was only three rounds ago that they proved their ruthlessness by running up 82 points against the Cowboys. I expect the Tigers to put up a bit more fight than the Cowboys did in Round 22, but the Roosters could run in another bag full of tries if they have it in their legs.
Round 25 sure thing: Roosters
The toss of the coin
This was very nearly my 'roughie of the week' game, so certain am I that the Dragons will give the Bulldogs a tough time on Saturday night. But I just couldn't quite get it across. It therefore becomes the game that I think could really go either way, with a slight leaning towards what should be a desperate Bulldogs outfit.
The Dragons really have pulled themselves together in recent rounds after having a tough season. They are playing with confidence with Jacob Liddle leading the way from dummy-half and their young forwards causing havoc up the middle and on the edges.
The Bulldogs have way too many players out of position and the Stephen Crichton experiment has really not proven to be the solution to any of their problems. Still, coach Cameron Ciraldo stubbornly sticks to his theories as another season heads toward disappointment.
In a game where passion will be key, the Bulldogs could sneak home.

The roughie
This was tough to pick this week with none of the roughies, apart from the aforementioned Dragons, really catching my eye. The Knights have been very impressive this year and welcome Bradman Best back this week adding another weapon to their dangerous backline. At home against their fierce rivals, they should be up and about for another solid victory. However Manly coach Kieran Foran has made some important changes to his team.
Manly have lost their way since Luke Brooks and then Tom Trbojevic were injured. They have really struggled, losing seven their past eight games to tumble out of the eight and finals contention. Joey Walsh is a star of the future, but the young half has displayed some frailties since being called up. This week Foran welcomes Trbojevic back from injury and has shifted Clayton Faulalo from fullback to five-eighth, giving Walsh a break. Firebrand front-rower Nathan Brown has been moved into the starting pack and Ben Trbojevic returns to the second row from injury.
The Sea Eagles have a point to prove and will arrive in Newcastle ready for an upset. The Knights really should win this one, but if you are looking for some value in your multi, or are reaching desperation stakes in your tipping comp, the Sea Eagles might be worth a shout.
Round 25 roughie: Sea Eagles
