Week 5 of the NFL season is here, and October is starting to bring a little more variety to the forecast -- and potentially to pregame fashion.
With fall temperatures settling into parts of the country and lingering heat beginning to ease elsewhere, players have another opportunity to switch up their game-day looks.
California's early-October heat wave is expected to weaken, while cooler conditions in the Northeast and a hurricane that could bring heavy rain to parts of the South make for a mixed bag across the country this weekend. That leaves room for everything from lightweight fits to layered looks as players make their stadium entrances.
Whether they're embracing the season with jackets and sweaters or sticking to their signature styles, NFL players are bringing another round of personality to the tunnel in Week 5.

Thursday night drip
Dallas Cowboys teammates Cooper Beebe and Brevyn Spann-Ford showed some love to the Dallas Stars ahead of "Thursday Night Football." Beebe arrived in a Jake Oettinger jersey, while Spann-Ford repped Stars legend Mike Modano.
