Week 2 of the NFL preseason kicks off Thursday with a nationally televised showdown featuring 2026 No. 1 draft pick Fernando Mendoza and the Las Vegas Raiders hitting the road to face the Houston Texans exclusively on ESPN. Mendoza completed 10 of 16 passes for 97 yards and a touchdown in his preseason debut last week against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Week 2 preseason slate also includes 2024 NFL MVP Josh Allen leading the Buffalo Bills against Deshaun Watson, Shedeur Sanders and the Cleveland Browns, the Philadelphia Eagles heading to Foxborough to take on the New England Patriots, and the Dallas Cowboys facing the Cardinals in the desert.
