News: 3 days agoChase brought in nine of 12 targets for 98 yards and a touchdown in the Bengals' 30-27 loss to the Steelers on Sunday.

Spin: Chase paced the Bengals in receptions, receiving yards and targets, taking his customary position at the top of the team's pass-catching corps. The All-Pro wideout recorded his touchdown on a three-yard grab with just under six minutes remaining in the first quarter to answer a Steelers opening-drive score, marking his third trip to the end zone already this season. Chase will aim to stay just as productive when the Jaguars pay a visit for a Week 4 showdown next Sunday.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Chase is fresh off yet another elite fantasy season and he's now finished four of his five NFL campaigns no lower than fifth in fantasy PPG (the exception was 11th in 2023). Chase actually saw a big dip in yardage (1,740 to 1,426), TDs (17 to 8) and fantasy PPG (23.7 to 19.6) from 2024 to 2025 (which was no surprise with Joe Burrow missing nine games), but still put up big numbers thanks to pacing the league in pass routes and targets for the second season in a row. In fact, Chase's 125 receptions make him the third receiver in NFL history with 125-plus catches in multiple seasons. The 26-year-old remains the top target in a high-scoring Bengals offense, and is one of the top players in all of fantasy.
