Women's Super League (WSL) champions Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw against Real Madrid in the Women's Champions League on Thursday.
City fell behind in the first half after a superb Linda Caicedo goal before Bunny Shaw levelled things soon after the break with a clinical finish.
Both sides pushed hard for a winner and Madrid even had a late goal disallowed due to obstruction from the referee.
