India and West Indies brought things down a notch from the 811 for 9 show in Guwahati, but still put up 350-plus scores in the match in New Chandigarh where two centuries and one near-century were scored. Here are the stats highlights.
352 - Target that West Indies chased down in New Chandigarh, their highest successful ODI run-chase, bettering the 328 against Ireland in 2019.
This is also the third-highest target successfully chased down against India.
It's the third time India have lost while defending a 350-plus target, the second-most after Australia (four).
With India chasing down 406 in the previous match, this became only the second ODI series or tournament to feature more than one successful chase of 350-plus targets. India had two such chases during their home series against Australia in 2013.
2109 - Runs scored across the three matches, which is the most in a three-match bilateral ODI series, surpassing the 2090 during the 2017 India vs England series.
As such, that tally might have been much bigger, but the chases were completed with 8.2, 6.3 and 1.4 overs left in the three games respectively. A total of only 30 wickets fell across the three games.
India scored 1057 runs, the highest by a team in a three-match bilateral men's ODI series, surpassing England's 1054 in the 2017 series. West Indies' tally of 1052 is the joint-fourth-highest.
7.43 - Overall scoring rate in the three-match series, the highest for any ODI series or tournament of three or more matches. The chasing sides scored at 7.92 across the three matches, which is by far the highest.
162* - Shai Hope's score on Saturday is the highest by a wicketkeeper-captain in an ODI. The previous highest was 149 by AB de Villiers against West Indies in 2015 in Johannesburg.
It is also the second-highest score by a West Indies captain, only behind Viv Richards' 181 against Sri Lanka at the 1987 World Cup.
1 - Hope's 162* is now the highest individual score for West Indies in a men's ODI chase. Chris Gayle also scored 162 against England in 2019 at St George's.
It is also the highest individual score for West Indies against India in ODIs, bettering Desmond Haynes' 152* in 1989 in Georgetown and the fourth-highest score by any batter in an ODI against India.
152 - The number of innings Hope took to score his 21st century in ODI cricket. Only Hashim Amla and Virat Kohli have reached the mark faster, in 116 and 138 innings, respectively. Quinton de Kock and David Warner also had 21 hundreds in 152 innings.
351 for 7 - India's total on Saturday is the second-highest for any team after losing their first two wickets for under ten runs. India lost two wickets for four runs in this game, while Australia finished with 368 for 5 against Sri Lanka at the SCG in 2006 after being two down for two.
10 - Individual centuries in this series, the second-highest in a bilateral ODI series, behind the 11 in the Australia vs India five-match ODI series in 2016. Four of the centuries in this series were scored by the captains - Shubman Gill and Hope; the joint-highest in a bilateral series.
10,090 - Rohit Sharma's ODI runs while opening the batting. Only three batters before him had scored 10,000-plus ODI runs as opening batters. Rohit got to the milestone in 202 innings, the quickest of the four. Sachin Tendulkar was the previous fastest, reaching it in 214 innings.
129* - KL Rahul's score in the third ODI is his highest in the format. It is also the third-highest individual score by a No. 5 for India in men's ODIs.
Rahul now has four ODI hundreds at No. 5, the joint-second-highest for India, behind only Yuvraj Singh (seven).
