That's it from us for this series. Thank you so much for joining us. Plenty of cricket to follow around the world though, so catch us on any one of those games. Take it easy!
Wolvaardt is player of the match and series: "It was a bit of a tough wicket today, but the powerplay was awesome. I liked how aggressive how we've been in the powerplay. We thought it might be a flat wicket but weren't surprised it was low and slow. Batting first was the right choice. There's always things to look at and improve, the catching being one. We've had massive improvements in all departments in the last couple of months though. It's been a very good season for that. It's crazy to see how many people are at the games these days. The vibes were awesome."

Prem: "Laura Wolvaardt has been the difference between the 2 sides. The one match they got her out early and they won that. Bowling has improved in the last 2 matches but they couldn't get her out today." A reminder that Wolvaardt has hit 330 runs in this five-match series. Extraordinary! Plus she's hit six fifty-plus scores in her last seven international innings.

The pitch didn't play as well for the batters as expected, and though South Africa definitely floundered through their middle overs, had enough in the bank thanks to some exceptional powerplay batting from Laura Wolvaardt, and a handy little cameo from Jafta as LW found her own range in the final over. India's spinners had done well to dominate those middle overs.
But then South Africa's bowlers imposed themselves. Mlaba was the best of them, taking 2 for 15 from her four overs, even delivering a wicket-maiden in the 19th over. Nadine de Klerk also struck twice, with Khaka, Tryon, and Marx conttributing a wicket apiece. India never really got ahead of the chase, and were always going to struggle after their poor powerplay.
That wraps up a 4-1 series win for SA.
Happy with her form, the T20I captain says bigger partnerships and better catching would elevate the team further during upcoming global tournament
