News: 10 hours agoBell (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Spin: Notably, Caleb Douglas (ankle) was absent from Wednesday's practice, which could allow Bell to play an increased role again in Week 4 after he caught four of seven targets for 67 yards in last Sunday's loss to the Chiefs. Bell has been seeing his practice reps managed all summer after undergoing ACL surgery late last season.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Bell was selected by the Dolphins in the third round of April's draft. The heaviest receiver in this rookie class at 222 pounds, Bell is a perimeter, possession target who increased his production in each of his four seasons at Louisville. That includes a 72-917-6 receiving line in 11 games last season, though he did tear his ACL in December. The injury could lead to a slow start to his NFL career, but considering he's joining a Miami offense devoid of playmakers, he also has a path to pacing the team in targets as a rookie. Bell could find his way to fantasy relevance if healthy and if Malik Willis plays well, but there are enough concerns that he's only worth a late flier.
