What is at stake?
The winner on Saturday will put themselves in pole position to challenge for the IBF light heavyweight world title. Whittaker is ranked No. 3 with the governing body, Wallace No. 2.
Dmitry Bivol is the reigning IBF champion.
Whittaker has impressed since he signed for Eddie Hearn's Matchroom last year, with three-straight victories by knockout. The 29-year-old made his long-awaited American debut in his last fight, stopping Richard Rivera in Round 2 in Brooklyn.
Wallace is the more experienced professional on paper and has had to bide his time, but with six stoppages in his last eight fights, should be able to give Whittaker a tough fight.
