SATURDAY, AUGUST 22

Western Bulldogs vs. Richmond

Whitten Oval, 2:05pm [AEST]

Team news: The Bulldogs could welcome back Elisabeth Georgostathis who missed last week's win whilst in concussion protocols. The Tigers still have a host of stars missing through injury, including Sarah Hosking and Ellie McKenzie, but none will be available in the short term.

Geelong vs. St Kilda

GMHBA Stadium, 5:00pm [AEST]

Team news: There's plenty of intrigue surrounding the Cats this week following their 73-point loss to the Kangas in Round 1. Nicola Stevens is still yet to debut for her new club after withdrawing from last week's clash with knee soreness. Meanwhile, J'Noemi Anderson suffered a hamstring injury during the Saints' season-opening clash with the Blues, with the 21-year-old expected to miss at least the next few weeks. Darcy Guttridge was listed as a test last week due to a back concern so is a name to watch at selection.

Brisbane vs. North Melbourne

Brighton Homes Arena, 7:15pm [AEST]

Team news: Brisbane have suffered a huge blow with forward Dakota Davidson has receiving a one-game suspension for striking during the Round 1 win over Essendon. Speed machine Courtney Hodder was a late out last week but could be back in the selection frame, and Ally Anderson will miss 3-4 weeks with a hamstring injury. For the Roos, Emma Kearney is expected to return from a hamstring injury.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 16

Sydney vs. Essendon

SCG, 12:30pm [AEST]

Team news: Sydney gun Taylor Smith is no certainty this week after reporting calf tightness following the thrilling win over the Crows in Round 1.

ESPN tip: Swans by 11 points

Collingwood vs. Fremantle

Victoria Park, 12:35pm [AEST]

Team news: Collingwood will still be without a host of stars this week, including Bri Davey. But four players with calf concerns -- Jordyn Allen, Imogen Barnett, Kalinda Howarth, and Lauren Butler -- are all close. For the Dockers, Holly Egan didn't suit up for last week's surprise defeat to the Power, so is every chance for Round 2 after being sidelined with a knee issue. Emma O'Driscoll (glute) and Madi Scanlon (foot) could be back next week.

ESPN tip: Dockers by 14 points

Result: TBA

Melbourne vs. GWS

Casey Fields, 2:35pm [AEST]

Team news: Luckless Demon Jacinta Hose suffered an ankle injury in the first half against the Hawks last week, which is a big blow considering star Lauren Pearce remains sidelined with a knee concern.

Carlton vs. Adelaide

IKON Park, 3:20pm [AEST]

Team news: Sophie McKay (calf) and Keeley Sherar (quad) are both in the frame to return for the Blues this week if they get through main training unscathed.

ESPN tip: Crows by 12 points
