We can put a bow on the 2025-26 girls' high school basketball season with the conclusion of Chipotle Nationals -- won by DME Academy (Fla.) on April 4 over Bullis (Md.) 68-49.

Indiana signee Gigi Battle (SC Next 100 No. 32) was named MVP after a 22-point, 10-rebound, 9-assist performance in the championship game.

However, Ontario Christian (Calif.) ends the season in the No. 1 spot after securing the CIF Open Division Championship, defeating Archbishop Mitty (Calif.) 56-49. Class of 2027 five-star Kaleena Smith (SC Next 60 No. 1) had 24 points and 5 assists, while 2028 five-star Tatianna Griffin (SC Next 25 No. 1) had 12 points and 9 rebounds.

Ontario Christian, as No. 2 Bishop McNamara (Md.), will return major significant contributors next season -- look for both to compete for the top spot once again.

Overall, the final top-25 includes 13 teams that ended the 2025-26 season with a championship of some kind.
