News: 6 days agoKnox hauled in his lone target for five yards in a 24-16 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Spin: Knox and fellow tight end Dalton Kincaid combined for only four targets from Josh Allen, with wide receiver DJ Moore leading all pass catchers with 10 targets. Knox is up to a 4-17-1 line on four targets through three games, and his production will be limited to occasional red zone opportunities as long as Kincaid is healthy. The Bills will stay home for an AFC East clash against the Patriots in Week 4.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Knox enters his eighth season as a solid role player for the Buffalo offense. He is on the field quite a bit (20th among tight ends in snaps last season), but defers to Dalton Kincaid when it comes to the team's top target priority at the TE position. Even when Kincaid was sidelined last season, Knox was limited to only 3.6 targets and 6.1 fantasy points per game. Knox has never posted a top-10 fantasy campaign and has finished outside the top 30 in PPG each of the last three seasons. Even if Kincaid misses additional time, Knox will max out as a fantasy TE2.
